Just One More, I Promise: Book Blog Discussion Challenge 2015

http://feedyourfictionaddiction.com/2014/12/2015-book-blog-discussion-challenge-sign-up.html

And I do.  Promise, that is.  The Book Blog Discussion Challenge hosted by Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction and Shannon @ It Starts at Midnight is the last challenge I’ll be signing up for in 2015.  And I (think) this one will be a piece of cake.  Then again, I may have just jinxed myself.  So.

In case it’s not self-evident, the point of the Book Blog Discussion Challenge is to encourage bloggers such as myself to write more discussion posts.  I haven’t had too much trouble this year writing discussion posts (once I figured out that a book blog was more than just reviews), but I figure some accountability to help keep the trend going is never a bad thing.

There are five levels as far as goals:

1-12 – Discussion Dabbler
13-24 – Creative Conversationalist
25-36 – Chatty Kathy
37-48 – Terrifically Talkative
49+ – Gift of the Gab

I’m setting the bar right in the middle at Chatty Kathy (25).  Keep an eye out for my new and improved discussion posts in 2015.  Well, not sure if they’re going to be much improved, but they’re going to have a cool new name: Leila at the Library (because I spend a ridiculous amount of time at one of the two libraries near my home).  Sweet, huh?  Got the idea from Ashley’s Sitting at Starbucks on Nose Graze.

To make sure you don’t miss a single titillating post, sign up for email updates in the cute little green box right at the end of this post.  You’re welcome.

  1. How many challenges are you up to total now anyway? 😉 I should sign-up for this cuz I’d KILL it. I post 1 discussion post a week, so x 52 = Gift of the Gab. Trying to get me to participate in challenges is like attempting to get blood from a stone though, so… Love the name you came up with BTW! Can’t wait to weigh-in on some of your topics.

Seven. You’re Weekly Question posts definitely would make it easy to do this challenge. But I can see how challenges wouldn’t be your thing. I’m looking forward to your comments!
